KRON Finance & Investments  Limited was incorporated in June 1999, under the Companies Code of 1963 (Act 179) as a consultancy company to drive the vision of its founder, to provide a complete and comprehensive specialized advisory services in project/business development, project/business finance arrangement, environmental and social assessment services and complete human capital sourcing and management, for the benefit of its clients in the public and private sectors of Ghana and the other West African countries.
The Company has its headquarters based in Accra in Ghana with two representative offices in London, the United Kingdom and Johannesburg, South Africa with a satellite office in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
